Honorably discharged veterans will have a reduced franchise fee. The fee will also be reduced if it is your second or subsequent franchise.

A net worth of $500K or greater would be ideal. We understand some individuals have access to equity, partners or investors. We welcome, but do not require multiple investors, as we understand the significance of this investment.

The franchise fee is $50,000. Our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) will outline all of the resources made available to you in paying this fee. One notable advantage is the huge start-up cost savings through our industry partnership connections.

The initial franchise term agreement is only 5 years, as outlined in our FDD. We are confident in our business model and therefore do not require a longer term agreement.

The royalty is 8%. What separates Maximum Fitness 24/7 from competitors is that we do not charge multiple ongoing fees. We require 3 months advance rent in your initial investment. 

Our club footprint ranges from 7,000-20,000 SQ FT, as outlined in our FDD. Typically 1-2 staff members are sufficient to manage a club. Most fitness club business models call for multiple staff members, which greatly impacts club revenue.

A Maximum Fitness 24/7 franchise ranges from $589,700-$1,540,000.

The higher range would be for total build out, but in certain territories we have favorable vendors, keeping our franchisees closer to the lower range.
