Franchise With The New Authority In Fitness,

Ignite Your Passion for Fitness into a Rewarding Business

Invest in your passion, MaxFit Franchise offers a wonderful opportunity to not only change your life but also make a difference in the lives of others. We are a veteran owned and operated full service fitness club franchise.

With proven business systems and state-of-the art equipment, MaxFit was built on a solid and long-term foundation. We are currently seeking driven individuals to bring our experience into new communities throughout the world.

The MaxFit brand is growing at a smart and steady rate with the opening of three fitness clubs since 2016. We differentiate from our competitors by refusing to grow more rapidly, but rather building a more solid foundation that will better benefit our franchisees. We are ahead of the curve. The fitness industry is experiencing a massive downsize of fitness clubs in efforts to turn away from huge facilities. Our clubs never close and are less than 10,000 square feet, which equates to lower overhead billing. There are similar business models, but we have identified an untapped market. We are looking for more members and owners to partner with and grow our amazing brand. Whether you are an entrepreneur, former business owner or looking for a career change, our proven business model will provide you with the ease of ownership, ongoing support structures and an opportunity to join the MaxFit movement. Become your own boss, promote healthy communities and break free of the corporate lifestyle once and for all!

franchise fee

The franchise fee is $50,000. Our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) will outline all of the resources made available to you in paying this fee. One notable advantage is the huge start-up cost savings through our industry partnership connections.

The initial franchise term agreement is only 5 years, as outlined in our FDD. We are confident in our business model and therefore do not require a longer term agreement.

The royalty is 8%. What separates Maximum Fitness 24/7 from competitors is that we do not charge multiple ongoing fees. We require 3 months advance rent in your initial investment.

Our club footprint ranges from 7,000-20,000 SQ FT, as outlined in our FDD. Typically 1-2 staff members are sufficient to manage a club. Most fitness club business models call for multiple staff members, which greatly impacts club revenue.

initial investment

A Maximum Fitness 24/7 franchise ranges from $589,700-$1,540,000.

The higher range would be for total build out, but in certain territories we have favorable vendors, keeping our franchisees closer to the lower range.
